What is the best value wireless broadband Internet? - best value wireless surroundsound

Heaven excellent value for money

So - What do you want?

How will you use? How fast u want? Want to limited or non-limited? Do you want web space? They want to be tied to an annual contract - or leave a period of one month? Do you mind the payment of the cost of the first connection? With a view to buying something else - Telephone - Cable TV, etc.?
Would you expect to use their helpline too?. Some providers offer low prices but have a bad reputation for service - what's important?
